English Studies Program (ESL)

“The first step toward Canadian university success — start with strong English skills!”

The English Studies Program is an intensive ESL (English as a Second Language) course for international students who want to improve English proficiency for college, university, or everyday communication in English-speaking environments.
The curriculum progresses from Beginner to University Preparation, helping students develop balanced skills in reading, writing, listening, and speaking.

Program Objectives

  • Prepare for success in Canadian college/university-level academic English
  • Strengthen practical skills in essay writing, presentations, discussions, and research
  • Build communication skills essential for school, work, and daily life in English-speaking countries
Many students complete this program before advancing to the High School Program or University Transfer / AA Program.
Program Structure

The program consists of four levels — Beginner, Intermediate, Advanced, and University Preparation — determined by a placement test at admission.
